Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill (aka the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018), hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids — including THCa — are federally legal in the United States, as long as they contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. That’s the law, and we follow it to the letter.
